As per heat treatment of MP159 forged pipes, it can be Solution Heat Treat: 1900°F - 1925°F / 4-8 hours + Water Quench,followed by ageing: 1200-1250°F 4-4.5 hours + Air Cool
Our MP159 forged pipes could be 100% Ultrasonic Inspection as per the forging parts UT Test standard of ASTM A 388 or EN10228.
We produce MP159 forging stainless steel pipes as per the standard of ASTM B564
