For every pieces of forged steel rings, we could do 100% Ut test as per the forged parts standard of ASTM A388 or EN10228-3.
As per material certificate of forged steel ring, we could supply En10204-3.1 or EN10204-3.2 by third party(TUV,BV ,SGS and so on)
In order to controll the quality of forged steel ring, we have Impact testing machine ,Magnetic particle flaw detector ,Metallographic Microscope ,Universal testing machine ,Hardness testing machine
