As per heat treatment of forging steel rolls, We could do annealed, normalized, hardened and tempered as per the requiremnt of the clients

our forging steel roll are available with groove, bearing sizes, ready to use conditions or in semi-finished or in black forged condition as per the drawing of the clients

For every pieces of forging steel rolsl, we could do 100% Ut test as per the forging parts standard of ASTM A388 or EN10228-3.

As per material certificate of forging steel rolls, we could supply En10204-3.1 or EN10204-3.2 by third party(TUV,BV ,SGS and so on)

In order to controll the quality of forged steel rolls, we have Impact testing machine ,Magnetic particle flaw detector ,Metallographic Microscope ,Universal testing machine ,Hardness testing machine
