NiCu30Fe is nickel-copper (NiCu) based alloy with very good corrosion resistance to several media containing chlorides and alkalis and acid environments such as sulphuric, hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids. The grade has good mechanical and fabrication properties.

We use EAF+VOD-ESR melting methods to melt the material of NiCu30Fe
As per heat treatment of NiCu30Fe forged parts, We could do solution treatment and ageing treatment together.
