UNS N08020 is a nickel–chromium–molybdenum stainless steel alloy
We could delivery UNS N08020 forging material as per the standard of ASTM B462
UNS N08020 will be melted by AOD refining or vacuum induction melting. Vacuum arc or electroslag remelting procedure
UNS N08020 should be heated between 2100°F and 2250°F with careful temperature control insuring that 
the material not fall below 1800°F prior to forging. After hot working, anneal the material by heating to 
1725°F and 1850°F for a minimum of 30 minutes per inch of thickness followed by water quench.
The Chemical Composition of UNS N08020 is as follows:
•      Nickel, 32.5–35%
•      Chromium, 19–21%
•      Carbon, 0.06% maximum
•      Copper, 3–4%
•      Molybdenum, 2–3%
•      Manganese, 2% maximum
•      Silicon, 1% maximum
•      Niobium, (8.0 X C), 1% maximum
•      Iron, 31–44% (balance)
