1.4429 is a low carbon, nitrogen-enhanced version of Type 316 molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel
We could delivery 1.4429 forging material as per the standard of EN 10028
We use EAF+VOD-ESR melting methods to melt the material of 1.4429
As per heat treatment of 1.4429 forged parts, it is solution annealing treatment at 2012 – 2102°F (1100 – 1150°C)
As per machining of 1.4429 material, It is less machinable than 410 stainless steel, but similar to 304
