1.4434 is a nitrogen alloyed austenitic stainless steel having high nitrogen content than other austenitic stainless steels.

We use EAF+VOD-ESR melting methods to melt the material of 1.4434
As per heat treatment of 1.4434 forged parts, it can be carried out at temperatures ranging from 1080 to1175°C (1975 to 2150°F) followed by rapid water quenching
As per machining of 1.4434 material, It is less machinable than 410 stainless steel, but similar to 304
