As per heat treatment of 17-7ph forged parts, We could do solution treatment and ageing treatment together.We could do Heat treatment of 17-7ph forging parts as follows:H900,H925,H1025,H1075,H1100,H1150 and so on.
As per machining of 17-7ph material, It is smilar with stainless grades 302, 303,410,420,430,430F and so on.But it have high strength comparing above material. For H900 condition of 17-7ph material, it will have high hardness and strength and very hard to turning, CNC machined, Drilling and so on
In order to make 17-7ph parts that have highly wear resistant,anti-galling properties,high Fatigue life We could do Nitriding to 17-7ph forged parts.After Nitriding,17-7ph part could get 62-68HRC surface hardess with depth up to 1MM
