As per heat treatment of UNS S15500 forged parts, We could do solution treatment and ageing treatment together.
We could do Heat treatment of UNS S15500 forging parts as follows:H900,H925,H1025,H1075,H1100,H1150 and so on.
As per machining of UNS S15500 material, It is smilar with stainless grades 302, 303,410,420,430,430F and so on.But it have high strength comparing above material. For H900 condition of UNS S15500 material, it will have high hardness and strength and very hard to turning, CNC machined, Drilling and so on
